Does the Sharvy solution allow booking multiple slots at the same time?
Yes, this is where Sharvy excels! With the app, you can set up as many resources as you wish and as many reservation time slots as necessary for each of them.
For example, you can add a break room, a meeting room, bikes or scooters, or even sport classes. Users will simply need to click on the time slots they are interested in to book the desired resources.
What resources are typically bookable in a company?
To optimise the occupancy and use of resources, a company may decide to make them available for booking. The possibilities are numerous and vary from one company to another depending on their needs. Setting up a booking for a resource is particularly useful when the demand for that resource exceeds the supply. Indeed, booking will help better manage and organise the sharing of resources among all employees, ensuring that it’s not always the same people who benefit.
Typically, we see bookings for parking spaces and workstations, for which Sharvy has two dedicated modules. Other resources may also be effectively managed through booking. This includes charging stations, lockers, rooms, bikes or scooters, courses or training sessions…
How much does the Sharvy app cost?
Sharvy offers three packages (LITE Offer, FLEX Offer, and the ENTERPRISE Offer) to choose from, depending on your needs.
1. The LITE offer allows you to test, for free and independently, the various features of the Sharvy app. It enables you to have up to five parking spaces, five workstations, and three resources (examples: corporate cafeteria seats, bikes, scooters, etc.).
2. The FLEX offer is tailored to your needs and comes in the form of an annual or monthly subscription. For resource management, the price is €2 per unit per month. For example, if you wish to offer 5 bikes for reservation, the price would be €10 per month.
3. The ENTERPRISE offer is ideal for managing all the resources of your company. This subscription is different from the previous two as it is billed per user and perfectly suits accounts with multiple resources (parking spaces, workstations, corporate cafeteria seats, lockers under reservation, shower slots, etc.).
